Because experience counts - my main areas of experience

Since 2016, I have been working as an interim executive and management consultant in challenging business situations. My areas of expertise include transformation, restructuring, and corporate governance. Today, I also assume leadership roles as CEO, CFO, and CRO —particularly when companies need to regain stability, realign themselves, or consistently implement far-reaching changes.

My professional background is rooted in a strong finance and controlling background. My many years of experience in international corporate structures and medium-sized companies are complemented by responsibilities that extend far beyond finance—including HR, IT, procurement, logistics, and legal affairs. This allows me to combine robust corporate management with strategic leadership and operational execution.

I earned a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne, with a focus on auditing, controlling (value-based management), and taxation.
