Leadership Responsibilities in Exceptional Situations—as Interim CEO | CFO | CRO.

Strategic consulting for management, the board of directors, owners, and investors.

When earnings and liquidity come under pressure, transformations stall, or the ability to steer the business is lacking, swift clarity, clear priorities, and decisive action are crucial. Most companies focus on treating symptoms. However, the root causes run deeper—in entrenched structures, processes that are no longer fit for purpose, or a fragmented IT landscape. An outside perspective helps to recognize these interconnections very quickly and identify the right levers for change.

In my most recent assignments, I have guided companies through restructuring and transformation, restored operational control, and assumed leadership responsibilities as CEO, CFO, and CRO. I laid the foundation for my career at major international corporations with DAX-listed parent companies—working directly with divisional and corporate executives.

Today, I combine operational leadership responsibilities with strategic consulting at the top-management level. I think end-to-end: for me, processes, structures, IT, and financial management all go hand in hand. And I take responsibility for implementation—right from the start. My background in finance and controlling forms the foundation for sound decision-making, clear leadership, and the goal of safeguarding and increasing corporate value.

My professional background is rooted in a strong background in finance and controlling, which I have developed within international corporate structures and medium-sized companies—with responsibilities extending far beyond finance to include HR, IT, procurement, logistics, and legal affairs, as well as cross-border collaboration with international corporate structures in Europe, the Americas, and China.

I earned a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne, specializing in auditing, controlling (value-based management), and taxation.
