My name is Carsten Stich. I am an expert in holistic corporate management and in supporting corporate CFOs – especially in special situations. I usually join the company as Interim CEO/CFO, Head of Controlling, Finance Director and Management Consultant.
Companies that hire me have deficits in controlling and reliable corporate management is not possible. They are in an overall economic imbalance, transformation processes are faltering or have been set up incorrectly, or they are suffering from a loss of control. This is compounded by staffing problems and inadequate IT.
I work across all sectors and internationally. My clients are primarily medium-sized companies, family businesses, corporate units and units of private equity companies.

Because experience counts - my main areas of experience
I have been working as a freelance interim executive and management consultant since 2016. During this time, I have already helped several companies to ensure reliable, flexible and, above all, holistic corporate management adapted to today’s circumstances.
Before that, I worked for almost 10 years in international corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups. I have a degree in business administration (specializations: Auditing, Controlling (Value Based Management) and Taxes) at the University of Cologne.
My success in this area is based on my unbroken intrinsic motivation and my many years of experience in challenging projects, including working with leading management consultancies worldwide.
